OSCAR TORRES
The news paper was interested in giving a scholarship to a student who has all the characteristics they ask for example a majoring in journalism, good grades, someone who do activities outside the school and someone who gives his time to services to the community.
In the listening part it was said that there are two finalists. The first was Becky Stevens and the second was Ralph. The first finalist studies journalism and she has decent grades, but she also does a lot of activities at school, for example: she plays soccer, takes classes of violin and she belongs to the photography club. After school she goes to the hospital to do service to the community.
Moreover, the second finalist, Ralph, he has excellent grades, and he is also studying journalism because someday he wants to do scientific journalism. But he stays at lab almost all the time and attends local events.
According to the reading part the newspaper is looking for a student who besides having good grades also care about the community and I think the best candidate is the first finalist, Beck because apart from the activities at school she gives extra time to do service to community and i believe she deserves the scholarship because she wants to help more people than the second finalist.

childhood is the happiest time of a person life
Sometimes the people wish grew up fast because like do things that only are for the adults, maybe you hate the school or some things, but en this time you not have problems, yours parents are do for you, you only study or enjoy for this.
In the other hand when you are younger you wish are child, because miss the games, the school, when was a kid spend the time watch TV, now you working for pay your things, your school or maybe for buy shoes, clothes or other things, but when you was child you had all.
Really this time was beautiful because you enjoy of your time, nothing are important, you don’t have problems and all are funny for you, you had a lot of friends, the most simply things are wonderful. You playing with your brothers and cousins, now you remember the old times and sometimes you wishes repeat the time but this are impossible. The music are fantastic, in the garden school all are funny, you do the most crazy things.
Wherever I thing that really the best age of everybody is the childhood because nothing was important.

Childhood is the happiest time of a person`s life?
Usually most of the people consider that childhood is the best moment of their perhaps because they think that in that age they were younger, and when you are young you think that everything is possible at least that what I have heard of my parents and other people.
In fact, I strongly disagree with this way of thinking. One of reasons I really do not believe this is because all stages of a lifetime have their ups and their downs, I mean great memories and awful ones. Although I am too young to know what is life about, the time that I have spent in life have been truly beautiful, because now I am trying to enjoy every day.
Sometimes I try to remember who I was a few years ago and I consider that in some specific things I have improved and in others I have lost the touch.
Other reason, why I refused the idea of that childhood is the best time, is because you got to know that if you were doing the activities that you really appreciate currently you must always think that today, the day in which you are reading this text, is the best time of your life.
To sum up I could state that childhood was an honestly good part of your life, but the other stages of life are as amazing as childhood was. In my case, I would say that this day started strongly disappointed but at the time I am writing this I have the energy to pursue my dreams again, because if you abandoned your dreams you undoubtedly are going to turn back time when you had it, commonly when you were just a kid.

Most of the people in Mexico will say "MY CHILHOOD WAS UNFORGETABLE" so the question is WHY? well some people will say because his parents were so strict when they were just a little kid , another part will say "Oh my mom or dad were so cute and nice that i never need anything" but my opinion is , i never imagine how lucky i was . Fortunately i have the best family in whole the world.
However like a normal family is natural to commit mistakes but solve it is what made you good in your own life. Since kid they teach me how in front my life , they used to tell me "when you can not do something don´t never give up try again and you will see that you do it ".
My sweetest moments as a child were when a I was in the kinder garden , my parents and I were in a carnival from my kinder garden so we had to dance , we did it and was awesome .There´s not a person who tell oss “YOU WERE GREAT” it was the attraction for my class and the girls adore me .
Then I left the kinder garden and I started a I new stage of life in my elementary school there I had my first fight , my first girlfriend and my first kiss.Oh I remember like it was yesterday the truth is I just can´t get it off my mind nobody know it how excited was I.
And my answer is yes none can´t deny that his Childhood was AWESOME .

I am agree with the statment because in the childhood we dont have problems and mortification our world is only the toys.

First of all I will tell you that it depends of the person , because there are persons who had a miserable childhood and there are persons who had had a wonderful one.
For me I do think that childhood is a very important stage in life beacuse is when you learn about human and moral values and that will help you for the rest of your life.
I think childhood is a time for love and be loved, is a time for play and laugh, but also is a time for learn about cause and consequences and been responsible about what you do. I think that it is the real secret for reach happiness the rest of your life.
When a child is overprotected and no body teaches him/her to be responsible about what he does. For example if a child draws the wall no mater his age he must be explained that it was wrong and take the responsability of that why not with all your love and care take a cleaning cloth and show the child how to repair the damage that he already did, even a one year boy he can understand that it was wrong, is a baby not a fool, many people thinks that children don't undrestant and don't teach team to be responsible and those children goes trough life expecting that someone got incharge of his /her happiness.
I belive childhood is an amazing stage of life a great oportunity to learn and discover the world and use the imagination to reach the unreacheable and we also have a lot to learn from children and return ourselves sometimes to that time in order to recover that abilty to simplify the problems and smile whitout a reason, the abilty for wonder when you see a bubble all of that we loose when we grow up.

In my opinion the childhood is the more beautiful stage of the life, because you don have anything concern. In my personal experience when I was child I only do three things, ate, played, and slept, I don´t have obligations to do, in the childhood you need all the love of ours parents, and all the attention, that is possible.
In this age you have a lot of friends. I think that in the childhood you know your bets friend of the live, you spend all the time whit she/he, you can see in the school and then you go to her/his to do your homework and works in teems.
In the childhood you don’t think bad things, you are innocent and nobly, something you do antics but is only for fun. I remember when I was in the elementary school all the class did a joke to the teacher, we invented that we saw a killer in the place next to the school but that’s is false, and when the police arrived, they discovered that all was a lie, that was so funny.
But if the child don’t have love and their parents don’t give attention, this child would have a the most ugly childhood, and probably in the future this child will be a criminal.
So I am agree that the childhood is the happiest time of a person´s life if he/she has a good parents that give a good educations.

I agree with the statement which says that childhood is the happiest time of a person's life because when you are a kid you don’t have to worry about adult’s problems or money issues and you just enjoy the time with your family and friends.
Another reason to agree is that when you are a kid, everything is new and everything is a new experience and you can feel that you are learning a lot of stuffs. You can really feel that everything is so easy and fun.
When you are a kid you can do whatever you want and nobody is going to argue against you because you are just a kid wanting to learn how life is and what to do in the following years.
My childhood was a great time of my life. I remember that I played with my cousins on the street all day after elementary school and we used to play soccer, hide and seek and a lot of funny games. As I am an only child, I had to go to my grandmother’s house to see my cousins. I remember the first time I ride a bike, my mom was holding me on a field and then she let me go by myself. The feelings I felt that time were a combination of freedom and that you can achieve whatever you propose if you really want to. I bought a lot of candies to share with my firends in the neighborhood.

I am agree with this following because i think that the childhood is the happiest time of a person life in this part of the person life , the person learn a lot of things in the house and in the other place. i think that this part is the happiest because the children don´t have a lot of shoores and the children can play all day with brother , friends, etc . In this part of the life the children are hiperactive, and also spend ther energy playing and playing . Well i think it is because at that age your life is easier than a life as an adult. When your a child you have no obligations, no homework, you don't have a job in other words your life is easier and perfect.

No it doesn't. I disagree because at any age you can be happy, it depens your attitude, your goals, your lifestyle, etc. Any person have all the factors to be really happy, these factors are like: life, health,family, friends, job, etc, but we need to find the sense of our life,maybe in our way we can have difficult points, but we need continue with our goals, although possibly we can find difficulties or something like that, but the key word is: "try". if we try again and again, we can find the real happiness.
Love, friendships, stability, familiar relationships are part of happiness, so it's inside us, also motivation is part important of that, when you are motivaded you can feel like a happy person .

i think the chilhodd is the best time , because the person don't have take a important decisions and living in a special world. In these time the most important things for the children are the games, candy and friends.
